Becoming a teacher is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling career choices
a person can choose. Being an FCS teacher is one of the greatest paths a teacher can take, because as an FCS educator you
have the chance to impact how students live, make decisions, how they interact with others, how to survive on their own, and
how to make a difference in the lives of others. You also have the opportunity to establish and maintain a chapter of the
only student-led organization with family as its focus, FCCLA (the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America).
