Iowa's Centennial and Professional logo...a taskforce of family and consumer sciences professionals met during the summer of 2008 to plan the celebration events for the 100th birthday of our profession during 2009.  At that time, a special logo was designed for Iowa...it is the "centennial" logo and the "21st century" logo for Iowa FCS...please use it on your school FCS website, letterhead, and so on to "market" our dynamic profession!
The task force also created the "children's book project" as a statewide FCS service project and as 2009 comes to a close, we can proudly state that 5326 children's books were collected and distributed in counties statewide.  Thank you for your participation!
